DAVAO CITY, PHILIPPINES — Aspiring models and artists in Metro Davao are set to gain valuable industry insights as Icon Elite Artist Management (IEAM) Davao launches Season 2: “Face-Card Never Declines” 2026, a modeling development program featuring master classes from October to December.
Among the program’s featured mentors is Ralfh Gerald Gallegos, a Manila-based fashion stylist, commercial model, and film actor whose career spans multiple areas of the Philippine entertainment and advertising industry.
Gallegos is currently the face of three everyday consumer brands, appearing in television commercials and digital print campaigns distributed nationwide. His experience working across fashion, commercial modeling, and film gives him a unique perspective on the demands of being a professional talent in front of the camera.
Commercial Modeling Takes Center Stage
For October, IEAM Davao will feature master classes focusing on “Commercial Modeling: Generalities & Sharing Auditioning Tips,” designed for aspiring models and artists who want to better understand the commercial modeling industry.
The sessions will provide participants with practical insights into commercial modeling, including industry expectations, the audition process, presentation, and approaches that aspiring talents can apply when preparing for commercial opportunities.
With Gallegos sharing his experience and perspectives from actual industry work, the master classes are positioned as an opportunity for participants to gain a closer understanding of what it takes to navigate auditions and professional commercial modeling engagements.

Gallegos’ multidimensional career reflects the increasingly diverse opportunities available to talents in the Philippine creative and entertainment industries.
