Pau Garcia, 35 years old, was born and raised in Metro Davao bringing influence and shared passion to everyone. His desire to establish IEAM was a divine intervention into his purpose of shaping someone’s dream.
The expansion of IEAM’S growth, connections and wide market projects made an impact to all the aspiring dreamers, models, artist and creatives that marked a significance experience to each fashion enthusiast.
The massive acceptance of Metro Davao and its people go beyond the length of passion of excellence and various engagements in correlation to building someone’s personality development, character transformation, solidifying confidence and will bring more open doors of opportunities to explore different talents from kids, teens and young adults.
IEAM emphasized the words “UNLEASH YOUR FULL POTENTIAL” and this tag line was surely engraved a wonderful memory in the hearts of every artist, models and followers of IEAM through the years as a beacon of inspiration and hope.

Davao City has witnessed the beauty of its purpose especially to all the young dreamers. IEAM created events that inspired a lot of Dabawenyos like having master classes, fashion shows, corporate collaborations and even giving job opportunities as brand ambassadors to big companies not just in Mindanao but the whole Philippines as well.
The management’s vision is to create a space for talents to express themselves and creating a nicer path by building their careers. IEAM organized big Fashion shows for a cause as we are engaged also of giving back to our community through the support of our events such as feeding and gift giving programs.
We are in great joy that IEAM created 9 successful fashion shows, countless company projects, extended outreach programs and countless master classes in just a span of 8 years. Pau Garcia the President set an example to Davao City by his dedication, passion, hard work, creativity and sacrifices to make all these event milestones an enormous success.
IEAM organized promising Fashion Shows with the title Fusionism 2022, Unleashed Potential 2023, Fashion Revolution 2023, Era De Fasyon 2024, Fashion Forward 2024, Fashion Holiday 2024, Sculptura 2025, Fashion Exhibition 2025 and the latest event the Fashion Catalogues 2026.
This season we will be highlighting new ventures in “Master Class: Face Card-never declines” with our Iconic guests Ralfh Gallegos from Manila and Chester laurio from CDO this coming October 24-25, 2026. We are aiming to have a comeback show on December of 2026, coming very soon.
