Mr. Bañaga is a Certified Life Coach under The Life Coach Training Institute (Manila–Dallas) and is widely recognized for his work as a personal finance advocate, business coach, and professional speaker. With more than 14 years of volunteer service, he has been consistently committed to supporting elders, leading charity efforts, and inspiring various communities to overcome limitations and embrace growth.
His professional background includes serving as a Customer Support Administrator for a multinational high-technology company for nearly three years and working as a Business Consultant specializing in ICT use and promotion. He is also the former Community Head of TGFI–Manila Chapter, a member of the Society of Young Filipino Speakers, and the Founder of the Golden Age of Life Society and Kwento Co, an organization focused on empowering senior communities.
A proud alumnus of the University of Santo Tomas, where he earned his BSBA degree major in Human Resource Development Management, Mr. Bañaga has been an active Pax Romana member since 2010. His mission continues to revolve around promoting financial literacy, uplifting professionals and entrepreneurs, and guiding individuals from the comfort zone to the courage zone.
